Create a Chatbot
Go to the chatbot section from your LEXI dashboard.
Create a new chatbot and configure its settings

Add Knowledge Base
Add knowledge to your Chatbot under the Knowledge tab.
If you haven’t created and trained any knowledge yet, do that first.
You can add knowledge from the Knowledge tab or by uploading a file.

Set up on your website
Set up your new Chatbot on your website using one of the methods below.
